The service was a mix of kindness and rudeness, but overall satisfactory. The dining options were tasty, though not as plentiful as expected. The hotel facilities were adequate, providing a comfortable stay.

The service was a mix of experiences, with some staff being very kind and others, like the receptionist Marina, being rude. However, they did accommodate my request to change my daughter's room closer.
